FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: laboratory bead mill comprises a milling chamber with a cooling jacket and a cover, a rotor with disks, a rotor rotation drive. The milling chamber with the cooling jacket is set coaxially to the rotor and is fixed by hinged bolts in a tilting yoke. The tilting yoke is joined with a movable sleeve and a screw mechanism cross member. The screw mechanism provides for pressing the milling chamber to the cover with the possibility of its lowering and lifting. The rotor drive is installed on a rotating pole. The rotating pole together with the movable sleeve is mounted on a common supporting hollow cylindrical column with grooves for the cross member travelling. The rotating pole and the tilting yoke are fixed in extreme positions. The rotor disks made with radial fins are set at an angle of 90°. The radial fins of a baffle disk are turned to the drain valve side.
EFFECT: invention allows for the increased milling efficiency, easy maintenance at performing process operations, assembly and disassembly.
