FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structural materials, particularly setting agent compositions used in production of sprayed concrete using a wet process, and a method of producing a setting agent. The water-soluble alkali-free setting agent contains sulphates, aluminium compounds, a complexing agent and water, with the following ratio of components, wt %: basic aluminium sulphate 20-40, divalent metal sulphates 4-6, organic buffering component 6-12, complexing agent 2-10, water - the balance. In the method of producing the setting agent, sodium aluminate is premixed with a complexing agent, followed by addition of an organic buffering component, dissolving average aluminium sulphate in the obtained system and then adding the divalent metal sulphate to the stabilised solution of basic aluminium sulphate. The invention is developed in subclaims.
EFFECT: fast setting of the concrete mixture with subsequent fast and stable development of strength of the concrete.
