SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a communication device, a communication method and a communication system, and especially to a communication device, a communication method and a communication system configured to share content, such as video, with a plurality of communication devices. The technical result is achieved owing to a storage unit which stores content, a recording processor which generates metadata relating to content and records the generated metadata in a database, a loading unit which sends to another communication device via a computer network a request for content stored by another communication device based on the metadata generated by another communication device, a downloading unit which transmits content stored by the storage unit via a computer network to another communication device which performs request based on metadata generated by the recording processor.

EFFECT: enabling generation of metadata even relating to content for which the original information does not exist, and sharing based on the generated metadata.
