FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to beverage dispensing systems and methods. The invention aspects refer to obtainment of measurements concerning dispensing of the ingredient (inclusive of such ingredient dispensing conditions) and determination of whether the conditions of dispensing of such at least one ingredients are to be regulated. In the implementation version at least one recipe ingredient is not dispensed during dispensing based on the measurement. Regulation of one or more ingredient(s) may envisage usage of adjustable passages that, instead of requiring individual ingredients measurements prior to dispensing, condition change of the ingredients parameters (during dispensing conditions) during such ingredients dispensing. Some implementation versions refer to methods and devices that may ensure determination of whether the ingredient is a non-Newtonian fluid medium; if so, they ensure performance of measurements of such fluid media inclusive of, for instance, measurement of strain under deformation conditions and deformation rate when the liquid passes inside the channel.
EFFECT: technical effect consists in accurate and efficient dispensing of beverages from the dispensing device.
