The specified organic resin (A) includes resin (A1), which includes at least one type of the functional group selected from carboxyl group and sulfonic acid group in the structure of the resin (A1), or derivative (A2) of this resin (A1).

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create a metal sheet with a previously applied coating, providing for conductivity, namely, suitability for electric welding in assembly of parts and possibility of grounding in case of use in parts of domestic appliances, office equipment and corrosion resistance and aesthetic appearance.
