FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of obtaining hydrocarbon production, which includes a number of stages. Method of obtaining hydrocarbon production includes the following stages: (a) obtaining synthesis-gas, which contains hydrogen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, (b) conversion of at least part of synthesis-gas into mixture of oxygenates, composition of which includes methanol and dimethyl ether, in presence of one or several catalysts, which together catalyse reaction of hydrogen and carbon monoxide under pressure equal at least 3 MPa resulting in formation of oxygenates, (c) discharge of reaction mixture, containing certain amounts of methanol, dimethyl ether, carbon dioxide and water together with synthesis-gas which did not react from stage (b), and cooling reaction mixture in order to obtain liquid phase, containing certain amounts of methanol, dimethyl ether and water, and simultaneous dissolution of carbon dioxide in liquid phase, (d) separation of liquid phase, containing carbon dioxide from residual quantity of gas phase, containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide, (e) evaporation and conversion of liquid phase, which was obtained at stage (d), in presence of catalyst, demonstrating activity in conversion of oxygenates into higher hydrocarbons, with obtaining waste gases, including carbon dioxide, (f) separation of waste gases from liquid phase with higher hydrocarbons, with pressure, applied at stages from (b) to (f), having mainly the same value as pressure at stage (b). It was found that separation of carbon dioxide under pressure is realised much more simply from liquid phase than from gas phase.
EFFECT: elaboration of improved integrated method of carrying out process of obtaining hydrocarbons with temperature of boiling in the area of gasoline fraction from synthesis-gas with high content of carbon monoxide, as well as synthesis of oxygenate intermediate products without necessity to separate carbon dioxide from feeding material flow of synthesis-gas and from formed intermediate products of synthesis of oxygenates.
