SUBSTANCE: in ring roller consisting of rigid ring having tread on its outer surface, with installed on its inner surface cartridge provided with pad for feet and steering elements for hands made as two rigid arcs positioned by their convex surfaces outwards in plane perpendicular to ring plane, the rigid ring is made of metal sheet with system of peripheral axial holes of equal pitch, where wheel axles are mounted in cantilever fashion. The wheels have pneumatic tires located in staggered order relative to rigid ring.

EFFECT: higher manufacturability of ring roller.
