FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises canopy or rotating parachute and slings. Parachute slings connected with canopy front parts or its ribs have two modes of fastening to landing load, that is, the main and the longer one. Loosening of slings to said longer mode is effected in response to instruction from contact or contactless transducer of distance to the Earth. Length variation is performed by pyro cutter in response to instruction from contact or contactless transducer of distance to the Earth.
EFFECT: decelerated descent.
