FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame, coaxial gearing mechanism comprising output shafts with flanges intended for connection to the loop branches that are installed coaxially in a body in the bearing supports interconnected with each other through pairs of gearing gears of the same gearing ratio. In this case the output shafts are connected providing a possibility of changing mutual angular position of one shaft with respect to the other one. A device is provided for this purpose with a hydraulic cylinder, which body is gimbal-mounted on the bench frame, while a piston stem is provided with an eyelet connected by means of an axle with the mating eyelet made on the loader body. In this case, the ends of the output shafts with flanges that are external with respect to a body of the coaxial gearing mechanism are installed in the bearing supports secured at the bench frame so that the loader body is capable of rotating or making a rocking motion with respect to the axis of output shafts.
EFFECT: possibility of adjusting the generated loading torque without stopping the bench irrespective of sense of the bench shafts rotation and rotational speed.
