SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to connecting device to connect windshield wiper arm with windshield wiper, to versions of windshield wiper execution and method for windshield wiper manufacturing. Conjoint element (22) of connecting device is rigidly connected with wiper, and adaptor (60) which is removably fixed on windshield wiper arm is pivotally connected with the conjoint element (22). Conjoint element (22) and adaptor (60) are made of plastic. The adaptor (60) has longitudinal rib (74) passing in its longitudinal middle plane and carrying on its middle section the bearing axis (76) passing transversely to longitudinal direction. The longitudinal rib (74) and bearing axis (76) slightly protrude towards the conjoint element (22) out of side walls (62) of adaptor (60). Portion of longitudinal rib (74) protruding towards conjoint part (26) is inserted between two thrust surfaces (80) passing in longitudinal direction and mutually shifted so that longitudinal rib (74) in its assembled position adjoins by its each longitudinal side one of these thrust surfaces (80). The longitudinal rib (74) is made for assembling being turned between thrust surfaces (80) around vertical axis. The bearing axis (76) is made of such length that in assembled position it enters supporting holes (50) in side walls (42) of conjoint part (26) by its both ends.
