FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weapons. Box-like magazine comprises case, cartridge feeder and vertical feeder spring. Cartridge feeder base consists of two horizontal and two vertical walls. Said walls have two guide at feeder base front and rear that enter the magazine case grooves and those and feeder base vertical walls. Levers on pins fitted at inner and outer surfaces to make rhombs connected at top part by moving plates. Note here that moving plates at as-folded rhombs of the right side are located inside feeder base along with levers. Pins of said levers are locked at lower hole and lower groove under top horizontal plate of feeder base. Left side rhombs are arranged above top horizontal plate of feeder base. Levers of said moving plates are located ahead of and behind feeder base in upper hole and upper groove at outer surfaces of vertical walls. Every side of said levers with moving plates has its expansion spring arranged between mid rhomb upper and lower pins. Feeder can vary its width subject to its location inside magazine case.

EFFECT: increased capacity of magazine.
