FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: electric vehicle relates to passenger and private vehicles. This vehicle comprises traction motor, control board, cardan shaft, axle with differential, axles, wheels, steering and brakes. It is equipped with storage batteries with charging devices and windmills arranged at body front. Every generator of said windmills with turbine or turbines fitted on one side of its shaft and with flywheel fitted on opposite side is located at the frame inside said differential gear with gratings, or one, or two, or three, or five windmills are arranged on body frame over the vehicle length while one or two windmills are located across the body roof. every electric generator is connected with AC step-down transformer to convert AC by thyristor gates into DC to charge storage batteries. Storage batteries and electric generators with thyristor gates ate connected with hand- or foot-driven potentiometer control board located in driver's cabin.
