FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: lens consists of two components separated by an aperture diaphragm. The first component with optical power φI comprises a meniscus with optical power φI,1, facing the image with its concave side. The second component with optical power φII comprises a plane-convex lens with optical power φII,1 and a glued lens with optical power φII,2. The first component in front of the aperture diaphragm includes a plane-convex lens with optical power φI,2, and the plane-convex lens of the second component is glued. The optical power of the lenses and components satisfies the following conditions: 0.25<|φ I/φ|<0.35, 0.48<φII/φ<0.58, 0.3<φI,2/φ<0.4, 0.5<φII,1/φ<0.6, 0.05<φII,2/φ<0.15, where φ is the optical power of the lens overall.
EFFECT: providing good image quality in the entire measurement interval of the working section, smaller inclination angle of the main beam and high relative illumination at the edge of the image field.
