FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic production of windmill blades. Proposed system comprises two half-dies to form two complementary "cavities". Each "cavity" is formed in appropriate half-dies with the help of "cloth" composed by application of dry fibrous webs impregnated with resin required for combined hardening after application. Head bearing means are arranged relative to half-dies. Note here that said means can have, on selection, multi-nozzle device for withdrawal from the die or application of paint, adhesive application devices or devices for machining. Head bearing means are arranged relative to half-dies. Structural assembly can apply "woven" webs in half-dies (2, 3). Note here that said assembly operates automatically.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality.
