SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electromagnetic drive mechanism comprising the core (16) moving between coupling and decoupling positions, permanent magnet (14), coil (30) designed to generate the first magnetic control flow in order to move the movable core (16) from decoupling position to coupling one and the second magnetic control flow facilitating movement of the movable core (16) from coupling position to decoupling one. Permanent magnet (14) is placed at the movable core (16) so that it is placed at least partially outside the established magnetic loop where the first magnetic control flow flows in decoupling position and so that it is placed at least partially inside the established magnetic loop used for magnetic polarization flow of the permanent magnet (14) in coupling position.

EFFECT: increased energy efficiency ratio.
