Input end includes direct power supply unit (11), feeding device (12) and power pack (13) while output end includes a receiving unit (15). Feeding device (12) includes the following: insulating transformer (24) including primary winding (22) with output (22a) mid-point supplied by direct current and secondary winding (23) connected to the power pack (13); a resonant capacitor (25) coupled in parallel to secondary winding (23) of the insulating transformer (24), the first diode (26) and first stabilitron (29) connected to one end (22b) of primary winding (22); the second diode (27) and second stabilitron (32) connected to the other end (22c) of primary winding (22); the first transistor (35) coupled to the first diode (26), the second transistor (36) coupled to the second diode (27).

EFFECT: prevention of excess power consumption and exclusion of the need in switch controller.
