SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mobile communication method, a basic radio station and a retransmitting node. The mobile communication method involves the following steps: transmission by means of a basic radio station of broadcast information containing a return period of arbitrary access response for a mobile station and a return period of arbitrary access response for a retransmitting node; transmission to a mobile station by means of a basic radio station of arbitrary access response within the return period of arbitrary access response for the mobile station when arbitrary access preamble has been received from the mobile station; transmission to the mobile station of a signal by means of a retransmitting node in a subframe different from MBSFN subframe; and transmission to the retransmitting node by means of the basic radio station of arbitrary access response in MBSFN subframe of the return period of arbitrary access response for the retransmitting node when arbitrary access preamble has been received from the retransmitting node.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of a possibility of avoiding disturbances during a procedure of arbitrary access between a basic radio station and a retransmitting node.
