SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of processing data of health care. A method of processing the data of health care by a trusted agent, possessing or having an access to a deciphering key for the realisation of an access to the data of health care, is characterised by the following: received is a request from a request initiator, requesting the realisation of an access to the data of health care, containing the data tag, signalling that the received request is an emergency request. A log, containing the data, related to the request or the request initiator, or to both, is generated. The request initiator is given an access to the data of health care.

EFFECT: provision of the safe and flexible method of processing data of health care, providing exception in a usual mode of the system operation, when the supplier of an emergency assistance service needs an immediate access to the data of health care and when regular rights, providing access of the supplier of medical assistance to the data of health care, are inaccessible.
