FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device for mounting handle (2, 3) in the door (1) of given thickness, besides the indicated door (1) comprises an inner locking compartment (6). The rod (4) connects two handles (2, 3) with locking compartment (6). Gasket or pad (16) through which the rod (4) passes is located between each handle (2, 3) and the door (1). The rod (4) is designed with possibility of introduction into the hole (8) in one of the handles (2, 3) to the greater or lesser length, depending on the indicated specified thickness, as well as with possibility of fixation there by means of adjusting connecting element (9, 10). In accordance with the present invention gasket o pad (16) is connected to the adjusting device (20), which ensures fitting of gasket o pad (16) position to the predetermined thickness. Adjusting device (20) comprises the connecting element (24) with magnet for attaching the indicated adjusting device on the locking compartment (6). Adjusting device (20) has an outer portion (18) intended for mounting on gasket or pad and inner portion (19) with magnet, in this case the outer and inner portions are attached to each other with the possibility of adjustment by means of threaded connection.
