FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: drum apparatus for ether oils extraction from vegetal raw materials contains a body with a lid and a perforated drum coaxially installed in the body, a drive shaft placed coaxially to the perforated drum and to the body, a body designed in the form of a thermally insulated chamber with a tightly mountable and thermally insulated lid bearing a nipple for ether oils vapour withdrawal; additionally, the chamber bottom has nipples for overheated vapour supply and condensate draining; the drum is attached to the shaft; the overheated vapour supply nipples are placed circle-wise in the body bottom (at least two circles and no less than three nipples in each circle); into the nipples, overheated vapour is supplied from a pulsator with a frequency equal to 1-5 Hz; the pulsator is connected to the control unit.
EFFECT: invention will allow to enhance ether oils extraction efficiency.
