SUBSTANCE: wavefront inclination compensator mechanism comprises a plane-parallel plate fixed in a movable ring. Three radial cylindrical grooves set evenly along the circumference are provided on the ring surface, pushers of the actuators with their ends being of semispherical shape are located in them. The actuators are installed on a base in the vertices of an equilateral triangle, tension springs are connected to the external ends of the grooves and the other spring ends are connected to the base.
