FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas extraction, to particularly foaming compositions, and can be used in developing oil, gas and injection wells, used after drilling and after major repairs, and for levelling the oil displacement front in secondary oil recovery methods, particularly when injecting water into an oil reservoir. The foaming composition, which contains carboxymethyl cellulose, a surfactant, aluminium sulphate and water, further contains sodium tetraborate, and the surfactant is sulphanole, with the following ratio of components, wt %: carboxymethyl cellulose 3-6; sulphanole 2-2.5; aluminium sulphate 0.5-0.75; sodium tetraborate 0.1-0.3; water - the balance.
EFFECT: obtaining a foaming composition which improves stability over time and increases mechanical strength of the foam system.
