SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to viticulture. The method comprises mounting of a vertical guide support, at the upper part of which a annular guides with larger diameters are located coaxially and consistently to form a grape crown, on which the stalks of grapes are fixed. At that the annular guides are made with holes in which radial wire guides are placed, which are fixed in the upper part of the vertical support. And in its lower part a spiral limiter is fixed, inside which the grape vines are located. After ripening of the grape vines the spiral limiter from the lower part of the vertical support is successively displaced into its upper part for the subsequent placement of the grape vines, and this procedure is carried out to the level of the grape crown formation.
EFFECT: method enables to expand functional capabilities of one section of the spiral limiter to form a decorative spiral grape stalk and to fix securely the lower part of the mature grape stalk with increasing stiffness.
