FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to the area of hydraulic devices for braking system control. Hydraulic device has a hydraulic valve excited magnetically, which includes an electromagnet coil and a pusher driven by the armature. The armature is designed for movement under impact of current in order to open and/or close the hydraulic valve. The hydraulic valve has one or several auxiliary measuring elements made as a measuring coil in order to measure magnet flow and placed in the yoke area. The coil is made so that the magnet field lines can pass to the yoke and case when current is received. The transient point between the yoke and case is made with potential generation of magnetic resistance RMLR2. Between the armature and the case there is a gap capable to generate magnetic resistance RMA at further passage of the magnet field lines and an auxiliary air gap between the armature and yoke is made to generate magnetic resistance RMLR1. Magnetic resistance of the magnetic circuit RMtotal is defined in essence by the following summing up: RMtotal=RMLR2+RMA+RMLR1. The method for adjustment of open position and/or flow of the hydraulic valve excited electromagnetically in the hydraulic device for the braking system control lies in usage of a measuring signal of the measuring coil to adjust excitation current.

EFFECT: more accurate adjustment of the electromagnetic valve and individual expensive calibration is not required at manufacturing and at final stage of manufacturing.
