FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises receiving day larvae and placing them with a stocking density of 5000 ind/m2 in cages, where the larvae undergo adaptation. After the larval transition to active feeding the stocking density is reduced to 1500 ind./m2, and until achievement of the mean body weight of fish of 1 g in cage the walls of screens No. 9-12 are used, and the bottom of the screen No. 17. When the mean body weight of the fish reaches 1 g, the sieve is replaced to the knotless netting with the mesh not less than 3 mm, and the stocking density is reduced to 1000 ind/m2. On achievement of mean body weight of fish of 30 g the mesh part is used as polypropylene netting with the mesh of 10-12 mm, with the initial stocking density of 5 kg/m2. Wintering is carried out in the same cages, setting them in places with a flow rate of 0.13-0.15 m/s and increasing the planting density of wintering fish up to 30 kg/m2.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction in mortality of fish and increases their growth rates.
