SUBSTANCE: on the shaft (7) which is a continuation of the plug (1), the discs (3) and the drain chamber (4) are placed rotating around it. In the plug, the discs and the drain chamber the equal outlets (6, 12, 17) of the fluid medium from the container are made, the slotted holes (8, 13, 18) for afflux of atmospheric air into it. The planes of contact of the plug (1), the discs (3), the drain chamber (4) having a high grade of surface roughness are compressed by the lock-plug (21) with spring (23) so as to ensure their independent rotation and tight closing of the outlets. The grooves (9, 14) and ledges (15, 19) articulated between each other seal the numeric lock against the fluid medium leaking. The symbols on the ledges (16, 20) of the side surface of the discs (3) and the drain chamber (4), located relative to the mark (10) on the plug (1) in the combination known only to the authorized user, enable him to open the container. With the other combination the container is closed both for fluid discharge, and for fraudulent filling the container.

EFFECT: protection against unauthorized use of the fluid medium from the container and its fraudulent filling.
