FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises freight and passenger compact aircraft, two-tier runway, air traffic control centre, systems of search and updraft generators and maintenance services. Aircraft are a cantilever monoplane with low long wings, its airframe being composed of cellular black-reinforced plastic with folding wings hinged thereto. Fuselage front accommodates screw motor with blades folding at gliding. Keel and folding tail unit are arranged at fuselage rear. Fuselage mid section accommodates cabin with control system to house pilot and passengers. Solar cells are arranged at aircraft outer surfaces. Lower tier of runway is used for take-off of compact aircraft with the help of guide catapult and upper tier is intended for landing of aircraft. Multilevel aircraft parkings and sale centres are provided.
