FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method for automatic control of evaporation process involves stabilisation of evaporated solution level in an evaporation unit, heating of initial solution, adjustment of relation "initial solution flow rate - heat consumption" by changing the steam supply with the correction by the concentration of solution coming from the evaporation unit; the evaporated solution level in the evaporation unit is stabilised by changing the flow rate of the initial solution, the initial solution is heated by the heat of heating steam condensate, and for the purpose of adjusting the relation "initial solution flow rate - heat consumption" pressure and temperature of heating steam and heating steam condensate consumption shall be measured; the consumption of heat used in the evaporation process is defined as per the consumption of heating steam condensate depending on the pressure and temperature of heating steam.
EFFECT: higher measurement accuracy and stable operation of evaporation process control system for an evaporation installation.
