SUBSTANCE: device for the protection against anti-tank hollow charge grenades represents a shield. The shield is made in the form of a base with discrete metal volumetric protective elements. The surface density of the base is 0.05 kg/m² to 10 kg/m². The metal volumetric protective elements have overall dimensions of 5 mm to 50 mm and a density of 2500 kg/m³ to 19000 kg/m³. The shield is installed in front of an object being protected at the distance of 50 mm to 1500 mm.

EFFECT: increasing the level of protection against hollow charge grenades.
