Proposed is a toilet seat cleaning unit, a fragrance, at least one non-ionic surfactant as well as at least one alkylbemene sulphonate and at least one olefin sulphonate; the unit may be moulded in a rounding machine or press to produce a body symmetrical relative to the rotation axis, in particular - a ball, and is applied in a system composed of at least one cleaning unit and at least one dosing device.
EFFECT: unit swelling reduction.
