FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: low-pressure turbine stator comprises an outer case and a split ring. The split ring consists of segments set between the front and rear nozzle blades and is mounted on circumferential ribs of the outer case. Each segment is made of sheet material layers. The segment part being the front one as per the gas flow is made of one layer, the central segment part - of two layers and the rear segment part - partially of two and partially of three layers. Sheet material layers of each segment are equally wide, set radially in respect to each other and are connected by permanent joints. The front circumferential rib of the outer case is provided with channels connecting the air cavity of the front nozzle blade with the air annular cavity between the outer turbine case and the front single-layer segment part. The layers of sheet materials being the first and the second in respect to the wheel space are shifted in relation to each other in circumferential direction and form sealing lips. The layer being the third from the wheel space is made as a shortened one in circumferential direction and is set in the axial groove of the rear circumferential rib of the outer turbine case.
EFFECT: invention provides for improved reliability of a turbine stator, its better fabricability due to the production of split ring segments from sheet material.
