FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to portable containers with electronic control device and may be used as a portable container such as attache case with tamper evident function. The attache case comprises a recording unit installed so that potential tampering of the attache case is prevented without removal of the recording unit. The recording unit comprises a body consisting of two electrodes, one of them is coupled to the attache case outer surface, and the electrodes are divided by a dielectric insert thus forming a capacitive sensing element, which is coupled electrically to the interconnected power supply unit, winding of the inductive communication interface and electronic unit to measure capacitance of the sensing element, process and store data, at that the recording unit is mounted so that tampering of the attache case is prevented without removal of the recording unit. A protective cap covers the recording unit thus preventing it from impact of interference.

EFFECT: reduction of temperature dependence, improved operational performance of the recording unit due to exclusion of movable part from construction of the sensing element.
