FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: method of gear wheel manufacturing includes the body 1 manufacturing with hole 4 for shaft seating and toothed rim. At that body is made in form of the disc with width H equal to width of the toothed rim, and diameter 2 equal to diameter of the slots circle of the toothed rim. Along the body circle between its end faces 5 the radial slots 6 are made with cross-section in form of the isosceles trapezoid, at that the radial planes of symmetry of the slots are located over the planes of symmetry of teeth of the toothed rim of the manufactured gear wheel. The body with made slots is laid by the end face on the horizontal flat base 12 and secured pressed to it. Along the body circle without clearance and securing on the base the previously manufactured casting mould 14 is installed. In it from the body side the grooves 15 are made, they are respondent in relation to teeth 9 of the toothed rim. The mould height is equal to width H of the toothed rim, and plane of symmetry of the grooves is combined with planes of symmetry of the grooves in the wheel body. Cavities created by the body slots, mould grooves and horizontal flat base are filled by melted material. After all cavities filling and solidification the casting mould is removed, and manufactured gear wheel is removed from the base.
EFFECT: reduced expenses of gear wheels manufacturing, and improved reparability.
