FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: in the proposed balancing method they perform an operation of bringing powers of gravity of a boom and working equipment elements to a stem of a balancing cylinder, an operation of balancing of brought powers on the stem with a force of pressure of compressed air in a gas balloon, an operation of compressed air volume sealing in a gas balloon made by connection of alternating volume of a stem cavity filled with a lubricating fluid with a hydraulic system of working equipment, in which according to the method the operation of compressed air pressure stabilisation in the gas balloon is achieved by setting a volume of the gas cavity that at least five times exceeds the working volume of the balancing cylinder, the pressure of the compressed air in the gas balloon is accepted as equal to the rated pressure of the hydraulic system, at the same time the volume of the gas cavity is formed from three components, such as: the main cylindrical volume located coaxially at the end of the working volume of the balancing cylinder; the second additional volume is located between the body of the gas balloon and the body of the balancing cylinder; the third additional volume is equal to the volume of the internal cavity of the stem and the piston of the balancing cylinder, which are made hollow.
EFFECT: reduced pressure in main hydraulic cylinders of a boom during lift, lowering of a boom and generation of additional power in performance of working processes.
