FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic devices for the actuation of processing machines, in particular, at metal treatment under pressure. A hydraulic actuator comprises at least two alternately actuated pressure generators with each of them consisting of a driving oil cylinder and a driven emulsion cylinder with a common plunger. The oil hydraulic system is fitted by high-pressure pumps of regulated capacity and hydraulic valves of pressure generator control. The emulsion hydraulic system is fitted by a make-up tank, check valves and a pressure pipeline feeding the hydraulic system of a processing machine. The oil hydraulic system is fitted by an accumulator with a charging pump and a safety valve adjusted for the pressure corresponding to 85-95% of the pressure in the pressure pipeline. The oil hydraulic system is equipped with a three-position hydraulic valve which provides for alternating connection of the accumulator to the driving cylinders of the pressure generators prior to the start of pumping the emulsion into the pressure pipeline.

EFFECT: specified speed of processing machine's working members is maintained, the machine vibrations at switching of pressure generators are prevented, thus quality of the produced items is improved.
