The need for connectivity is then detected, wherein the connectivity is determined from parameters of the launched application. The required connectivity is established using parameters associated with the application. Connectivity services are provided through a connectivity network in which the connectivity service is available for purchase on connectivity parts.
EFFECT: enabling connectivity processing as a service or application characteristic and not as a device characteristic, to provide access flexibility for a user, enabling efficient modulation of a service business and a connectivity providing business.
