SUBSTANCE: flushing assembly of a drilling bit includes a housing with a channel and a seat having an annular bore, and a head piece with a sealing element and a retaining split ring with a fastener, which is arranged in the annular bore of the seat, which are installed in the seat. The retaining split ring is provided with plates rigidly attached to it and arranged on its lower face and made from material with a memory shape; free faces of the plates have thickened sections interacting with each other at compression of the retaining ring.
EFFECT: improving operating efficiency of a bit as a whole.
