FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering and is designed for transporting, crushing and spreading of organic fertilisers and ameliorants. The unit comprises a tractor and the body mounted on the wheeled mover, with a removable tailgate and the guide plate attached to the bottom of the body and the working bodies. On the bottom of the body the feeding conveyor with cleats is mounted, coupled with the triangular guide plate mounted at an angle to the horizontal plane, a large angle of friction of organic fertilisers on the guide plate. Over the guide plate the working bodies are mounted at an angle 45° to the direction of motion of the unit, in the form of the grinding-spreading toothed drums. The drums in the angular connection are made conical. The axis of the upper drum is displaced forward relative to the axis of the lower drum by the value of 0.6 drum diameter. The teeth of the grinding-spreading drums are made replaceable, they are made as four-sided pyramid with a cutting-point angle equal to 20-25° and mounted on the hubs. The hubs are fixed to the hexagonal drive shafts for providing the given distance between the teeth and the necessary grinding of the fertiliser. The drive of the feeding conveyor is made from tractor PTO shaft, the drive of the upper grinding-spreading drums - from hydraulic motors, the drive of the lower grinding-spreading drums - from gears of the upper grinding-spreading drum. The upper grinding-spreading drums are pivotally mounted on racks mounted on the body frame, they are spring loaded and controlled by hydraulic cylinders.

EFFECT: improved uniformity of distribution of finely ground fertilisers on the soil surface.
