SUBSTANCE: machine for processing linen comprises a water tank, a drum, a drive unit with an electric motor, a shaft connected to the drum, the bearing housing for bearing the shaft with the ability of its rotation. The tank is supported more firmly than the drum is supported through the suspension unit, and the total clearance (G1+G3) of interference in the upward and downward direction between the drum and the tank exceeds the total clearance (G2+G4) of interference in the front and back direction and the total clearance (G2+G4) of interference in the front and back direction exceeds the total clearance (G5+G6) of interference in the left and right direction between them.

EFFECT: machine comprises suspension assembly attached to the bearing housing to reduce vibration of the drum, and a flexible element for preventing leakage of water from the tank towards the drive unit and ensuring movement of the drive unit relative to the tank.
