SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and represents a skin contacting element to be used on a depilation apparatus comprising: a matrix containing at least one of: a water-soluble polymer, an emollient and a mixture thereof; an encapsulated active ingredient containing at least one nanoparticle encapsulated in a microparticle with the above nanoparticle being coated with a water-sensitive material; at least one of the above nanoparticle and microparticle contains an active skin care ingredient.
EFFECT: preparing the skin contacting element to be used on the depilation apparatus.
