SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. Implementing the method involves a thermographic study of the testicle skin by means of a temperature sensor to a precision of 0,001°C or less through openings in a mask of the device. The diagnostic result is obtained by processing the obtained array of temperature measurements in the computer and displaying on the monitor in the form of a thermogram. The device comprises a belt with an attached perineal strap fixing the following elements: a heat insulator in the form of a hermetically sealed pack made of medical silicone with inserted polyurethane foam with the heat insulator configured so that to be placed under the scrotum and fixed therein, the mask made of medical silicone comprising openings for sensing the skin temperature when the mask is applied on the scrotum, a penis holder configured to hold the penis vertically.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables the early instant diagnosing of testicular pathologies.
