FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: levelling device with preliminary pressing to load wet materials into a dryer comprises a hopper for feeding of the materials, a damper plate to regulate the materials supply, a perforated conveyor belt. The device is equipped by a self-cleaning press-shaft for light preliminary pressing, and chutes to collect the liquid are mounted at the ends of the conveyor belt. The levelling shaft is provided with pins that are set along the screw surface with an eccentric and a cleaning unit. The proposed levelling device with preliminary pressing to load wet materials into a dryer is of simple design, does not require additional devices and accessories to regulate and synchronize the working units.
EFFECT: reliable and simple operation of the device.
