SUBSTANCE: thermionic electricity generating channel comprises the plane cylindrical cathode (1), the plane cylindrical anode (5), electrically connected with the cathode through output lead (12), electrical energy consumer (13) and input lead (14), the shell thermally contacted with the cathode through the layer of the electrical insulation (2), nuclear fuel (4), cooling system element (7) with the channels thermally contacted with the anode, slotted ultrasonic nozzle (8) from non-conducting material, the diffuser (9) from non-conducting material is located at an end opposite to the end with installed slotted ultrasonic nozzle, and connected to it through the pipeline (16), inside which the heater (10) of the working body is located.

EFFECT: improvement of reliability and life of thermionic electricity generating element, improvement of efficiency of thermionic conversion at the expense of elimination of negative space charge and process gases littering the working surfaces of electrodes by supersonic flow of the working body.
