FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drill rod assembly for with the help of the head drive part. Proposed assembly comprises support with bar, base element, rotary element, clamp and drive. Bracket is arranged at the case bottom segment or at rig main frame, or at rig main frame carcass. Base element can turn at said bracket. Rotary element is articulated with one base element to retain and drive bar end. Clamp is arranged at rotary element to clamp bar end. Drive is arranged at base element to turn rotary element in direction whereat bar makes rotary element stay or lie. Note here that clamp comprises mixed jaw and moving jaw that make bar end retaining part. Fixed jaw is fitted at rotary element top surface. Moving jaw is connected by articulated shaft with fixed jaw. Said clamp comprises drive cylinder arranged between rotary element and moving element to make the moving jaw turn relative to fixed jaw.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of assembly.
