SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of devices for individual care. The razor set handle contains a frame and an elastic interfacing unit connected to the frame. The elastic interfacing unit contains a base with the first mounting element. The first mounting element corresponds in terms of a shape to the second mounting element of the frame and is conjugated therewith. The elastic interfacing unit is designed to be clamped and unclamped after clamping force relief. The structure allows to move the first mounting element of the elastic interfacing unit into engagement with the second mounting element of the frame. The elastic interfacing unit is related to the frame and may rotate around an axis perpendicular to the frame and the blade of the blade cartridge assembly.
