FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: described is template for drilling holes for application in processing of multi-layered copper-clad material, and multilayered printed circuit board, which includes layer, containing polymer composition, formed on the surface of metal bearing foil, in which polymer composition contains from 3 to 30 wt. p. of block-copolymer (A) of polyethyleneglycol (PEG) and polypropyleneglycol (PPG), represented by formula (1), and from 70 to 97 wt. p. of water-soluble polymer (B), containing from 5 to 50 wt. p. of polyethyleneoxide (PEO), which has number average molecular weight, constituting from not less than 50000 to not more than 1000000, and from 20 to 92 wt. p. of polyethyleneglycol, which has numver average molecular weight, constituting not more than 20000; the total content of block-copolymer (A) of polyethyleneglycol and polypropyleneglycol and water-soluble polymer (B) constitutes 100 wt. p.; block-copolymer (A) of polyethyleneglycol and polypropyleneglycol has weight ratio PEG/PPG in formula (1), average value of which constitutes from 0.1 to 1, number average molecular weight constitutes from 1800 to 4000, and thickness of polymer composition layer is within the range from 0.02 to 0.2 mm; in formula (1) l, m and n are repeating numbers, and represent integer numbers not less than 1. (l+n) represents integer number from 5 to 44, and m represents integer number from 16 to 61. Also described is method of manufacturing template described above for drilling holes for application in processing of multi-layered copper-clad material, and multi-layered printed circuit board.

EFFECT: obtaining template for hole-drilling, providing high lubricating effect in the process of drilling, reduced roughness of hole walls, and high accuracy of hole location.
