FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of instrumentation and instrument making and may find application in aircrafts (AC) for processing, generalisation and storage of flight information (FI). FI is recorded into a catapulted airborne accumulator (CAA). The CAA is equipped by facilities of smooth landing, annunciation about place of landing, which is located at a certain distance from the place of an accident. In case of emergency condition of an AC, the FI carrier is evacuated by a command generated by a controller of FI evacuation on the basis of solving a logical-mathematical expression that describes the integral critical condition of the AC as a result of continuous analysis of equipment state and AC systems in accordance with directive operation manuals. At the same time the objective control system comprises a unit of information collection and conversion, a protected airborne accumulator, a control panel, a control unit, a controller of a protected airborne accumulator, a unit of information pickup, units of video and sound information processing, an evacuation controller, a unit of coding and compression, a switching unit, a unit of interface conversion, a transmission unit, an automatics units.
