FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises series-connected first and second registers, a first counter and a decoder, the outputs of which are connected to vertical buses of a display panel, the horizontal buses of which are connected to the outputs of the second register. First address inputs of a memory unit are connected to the outputs of the first counter. In order reduce difference in the brightness of fragments of an image and elements thereof, the device further includes an illuminated cell sensor, first and second code converters, a delay element, a third register, a pulse former, a "0" and "N" state decoders which are connected to the outputs of the second counter and the "1" and "0" state setting inputs of a flip-flop.

EFFECT: high reliability of imaging, expressed in the reduction of differences in the brightness of fragments of an image by taking into account the number of illuminated cells, the actual arrangement of the cells in the fragments and driving conditions thereof.
