FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: method includes the ingots casting by electroslag remelting process and their rolling. Machining is performed: turning of the ingots to billets with size 620×100×1750±25 mm, billets heating to temperature of mouldability, piercing of the billets at helical rolling mill to shells with dimension 620×ID290×2120 mm, heating of shells from cold or hot fit to temperature of mouldability, piercing of billets to shells with rise along diameter 3.2-3.4%, shells rolling at Pilger mills to the tube stock with dimension 465×30×10200 mm with allowances over diameter ±1.25 and wall thickness ±12.5%, heat treatment of the tube stock, the tube stock rolling at cold-pilgering mill as per route 465×30×10200 mm - 426×24×13200, cutting to two equal parts, their rolling to commercial pipes 377×18 mm with UT and pipes acceptance.

EFFECT: decreasing of metal input and price of boiler pipes.
