FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: dust-producing surface is coated with bitumen emulsion containing petroleum bitumen, emulsifier and water. Together with dust-producing surface coating with bitumen emulsion, a suspension containing dust of the dust-producing surface and water is applied. Bitumen emulsion and suspension are applied at the following ratio, wt %: bitumen emulsion 50-60; the rest is suspension. Alkaline solution of sulphonol NP-1 containing 0.6% of sulphonol NP-1, 0.05% of caustic soda and water to fill up to 100% is used as emulsifying agent in the bitumen emulsion.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and fabricability due to strong protective film formation on dust-producing surfaces based on the surface dust.
